I love creating engaging, standard-based resources that inspire creativity and get students excited for learning!
Being a teacher and a mom (to some wonderfully WILD kids of my own) has sent me on a mission to inspire teachers to use playful and creative learning resources in their classrooms!
I am from sunny San Diego and have spent the last 10+ years teaching K-2 students. Over the years, I have noticed school provided curriculum lacking engaging activities and exciting learning opportunities for students.
I want to bring excitement for learning back to the classroom!
Learning can be fun and creative while also being rigorous and standard-based!
Providing learning opportunities that are creative, playful, and engaging allows students to use the logical, analytical side of their brain in conjunction with the imaginative, creative side of their brain. This is where the long term learning and brain development happens for our kindergarten, first, and second grade students.
It is my goal to share inspiring ideas, awesome strategies, and creative learning activities that will make a huge difference in your classroom environment every day!
